كشفت وزارة البلديات والإسكان السعودية، عن استفادة أكثر من 12 ألف أسرة من برنامج دعم أجرة المسكن خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ضمن الحلول السكنية الموجهة إلى الأسر المستحقة، والهادفة إلى مساندتها عند التعثر عن سداد الأجرة لظروف خارجة عن إرادتها، ودعم استقرارها السكني.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Housing revealed that more than 12,000 families benefited from the Housing Rent Support Program during the first half of 2026, as part of housing solutions aimed at eligible families, supporting them when they are unable to pay rent due to circumstances beyond their control and helping maintain their housing stability.

وأوضحت الوزارة أن البرنامج يقدم الدعم للحالات المستحقة بعد صدور حكم تنفيذي بحق المستفيد، إذ تُحال الحالة آليًا من محكمة التنفيذ عبر التكامل الإلكتروني مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، لتتولى اللجنة المركزية دراسة الحالة وتحديد نوع الدعم المناسب.

The ministry explained that the program provides support to eligible cases after an enforcement judgment has been issued against the beneficiary. The case is automatically referred by the Enforcement Court through electronic integration with the relevant authorities, after which the central committee reviews the case and determines the appropriate type of support.

واستكمال إجراءات السداد خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا من تاريخ إحالتها من قضاء التنفيذ، وبيّنت أن الاستفادة من البرنامج تتطلب وجود عقد إيجار سكني موثق في الشبكة الإلكترونية لخدمات الإيجار "إيجار" بوصفه سندًا تنفيذيًا.

Payment procedures are then completed within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the case is referred by the Enforcement Court. The ministry noted that benefiting from the program requires a documented residential lease contract registered on the electronic rental services network, “Ejar,” as an enforceable instrument.

إلى جانب انطباق شروط الاستحقاق على الحالة المحالة، بما يضمن وصول الدعم إلى مستحقيه وفق الإجراءات والضوابط المعتمدة.

The eligibility requirements must also apply to the referred case, ensuring that support reaches those entitled to it in accordance with the approved procedures and regulations.

وأفادت أن البرنامج يشمل المواطنين غير القادرين على سداد أجرة المسكن ضمن الحالات المحددة بقرار مجلس الوزراء، وهي: أسرة المتوفى، والسجين، والمريض، وضعيف القدرة المادية.

The ministry stated that the program covers citizens who are unable to pay housing rent under the cases specified by a Council of Ministers decision: families of deceased persons, prisoners, patients, and people with limited financial means.

على أن تخضع كل حالة للدراسة من اللجنة المختصة قبل اعتماد الدعم.

Each case is subject to review by the relevant committee before the support is approved.
