تصدرت مدينة جدة المشهد العقاري خلال الأسبوع الماضي، بتسجيل 503 صفقات بقيمة قاربت 593 مليون ريال، فيما قفز متوسط سعر بيع المتر إلى 3427 ريالًا، بزيادة 94% مقارنة بالأسبوع السابق.
Jeddah led the real estate market last week, recording 503 transactions worth nearly SAR 593 million, while the average selling price per square meter surged to SAR 3,427, an increase of 94% compared with the previous week.
وجاء ذلك رغم تراجع عدد الصفقات من 519 إلى 503 صفقات، مقابل ارتفاع قيمة التداولات من نحو 514 مليونًا إلى 593 مليون ريال.
This came despite a decline in the number of transactions from 519 to 503, while the value of transactions increased from approximately SAR 514 million to SAR 593 million.
وعلى مستوى المملكة، تراجع عدد الصفقات العقارية إلى 2999 صفقة، بانخفاض 16% عن الأسبوع السابق، كما انخفضت قيمة التداولات إلى نحو 1.7 مليار ريال، بينما ارتفع متوسط سعر المتر إلى 103 ريالات.
Across Saudi Arabia, the number of real estate transactions fell to 2,999, down 16% from the previous week. The value of transactions also declined to around SAR 1.7 billion, while the average price per square meter rose to SAR 103.
وفي مكة المكرمة، تراجعت الصفقات إلى 113 صفقة بقيمة 109 ملايين ريال، مع ارتفاع متوسط سعر المتر إلى 2143 ريالًا.
In Makkah, transactions declined to 113 deals worth SAR 109 million, while the average price per square meter increased to SAR 2,143.
وسجلت المدينة المنورة 167 صفقة بقيمة 127 مليون ريال، بينما بلغت صفقات الدمام 101 صفقة بقيمة تجاوزت 95 مليون ريال.
Madinah recorded 167 transactions worth SAR 127 million, while Dammam recorded 101 transactions worth more than SAR 95 million.
أما أبها، فارتفع عدد صفقاتها إلى 73 صفقة بقيمة 53 مليون ريال، مع تراجع متوسط سعر المتر إلى 1075 ريالًا، في حين سجلت تبوك 40 صفقة بقيمة 19.4 مليون ريال ومتوسط 1331 ريالًا للمتر.
In Abha, the number of transactions rose to 73 deals worth SAR 53 million, while the average price per square meter fell to SAR 1,075. Meanwhile, Tabuk recorded 40 transactions worth SAR 19.4 million, with an average price of SAR 1,331 per square meter.
وغابت الرياض عن الرصد الأسبوعي نتيجة انتقال توثيق صفقات معظم أحيائها إلى السجل العقاري.
Riyadh was absent from the weekly monitoring because the documentation of transactions in most of its neighborhoods has shifted to the Real Estate Registry.
وعلى مستوى الأحياء، تصدر حي الصفا في جدة التداولات بـ38 صفقة، يليه حي الروابي في جيزان بـ32 صفقة، ثم حي النزهة بجدة بـ29 صفقة.
At the neighborhood level, Al-Safa district in Jeddah led transactions with 38 deals, followed by Al-Rawabi district in Jizan with 32 deals, and then Al-Nuzhah district in Jeddah with 29 deals.
