وقّعت «شركة المسار الرياضي للتطوير» عقود ترسية صندوق استثماري عقاري مع شركة «الجزيرة كابيتال» وشركة «ركاز العقارية»، وذلك بهدف تطوير أصول رئيسية ضمن وجهة الوادي.
Sports Boulevard Development Company signed agreements to establish a real estate investment fund with Aljazira Capital and Rekaz Real Estate, aimed at developing key assets within Wadi Destination.
بقيمة إجمالية تتجاوز 700 مليون ريال، لتطوير أصول رئيسية ضمن وجهة الوادي في حي حطين بالرياض.
With a total value exceeding SAR 700 million, the fund will develop key assets within Wadi Destination in Riyadh’s Hittin district.
ويستهدف الصندوق تطوير فندق فاخر من فئة 5 نجوم على أرض مساحتها نحو 13.5 ألف متر مربع، وبإجمالي مسطحات بناء يبلغ نحو 34.4 ألف متر مربع.
The fund aims to develop a five-star luxury hotel on a plot of approximately 13,500 square meters, with a total built-up area of around 34,400 square meters.
بالشراكة مع الجزيرة كابيتال مديرًا للصندوق، وركاز العقارية مطورًا وأحد المستثمرين.
The project will be developed in partnership with Aljazira Capital as the fund manager and Rekaz Real Estate as the developer and one of the investors.
ويأتي المشروع لتعزيز قطاعي الضيافة ونمط الحياة ضمن وجهة الوادي، التي تجمع بين الرياضة والطبيعة والترفيه والضيافة والتجارب المجتمعية، بما يتوافق مع الهوية العمرانية لمشروع المسار الرياضي.
The project is intended to strengthen the hospitality and lifestyle sectors within Wadi Destination, which combines sports, nature, entertainment, hospitality, and community experiences, in line with the urban identity of the Sports Boulevard project.
ويرفع الصندوق عدد الصناديق الاستثمارية العقارية الموقعة ضمن المشروع إلى ثلاثة صناديق، بقيمة إجمالية تتجاوز 6.2 مليارات ريال، في إطار تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص ودعم الاستثمارات النوعية في الرياض.
The fund brings the number of real estate investment funds signed under the project to three, with a total value exceeding SAR 6.2 billion, as part of efforts to increase private-sector participation and support high-quality investments in Riyadh.
ويُعد المسار الرياضي أحد المشاريع الكبرى في العاصمة، ويمتد عند اكتماله لأكثر من 135 كيلومترًا، بهدف تعزيز جودة الحياة ودعم تحول الرياض إلى واحدة من أكثر المدن ملاءمة للعيش عالميًا.
The Sports Boulevard is one of the capital’s major projects. Once completed, it will extend for more than 135 kilometers, with the aim of enhancing quality of life and supporting Riyadh’s transformation into one of the world’s most livable cities.
