أظهرت النتائج المالية لـ14 شركة تطوير عقاري مدرجة في السوق السعودية أداءً قويًا خلال النصف الأول من 2026، بإجمالي إيرادات ومبيعات بلغ نحو 10.96 مليار ريال.
The financial results of 14 real estate development companies listed on the Saudi market showed strong performance during the first half of 2026, with total revenues and sales reaching approximately SAR 10.96 billion.
وسجلت الشركات نحو 3.98 مليار ريال أرباحًا تشغيلية، فيما بلغ صافي الربح العائد للمساهمين نحو 2.54 مليار ريال.
The companies recorded approximately SAR 3.98 billion in operating profits, while net profit attributable to shareholders reached around SAR 2.54 billion.

وتصدرت دار الأركان الإيرادات بنحو 2.34 مليار ريال، تلتها جبل عمر بـ1.45 مليار ريال، ثم رتال بأكثر من 1.2 مليار ريال، وسينومي سنترز بنحو 1.15 مليار ريال.
Dar Al Arkan led in revenues with approximately SAR 2.34 billion, followed by Jabal Omar with SAR 1.45 billion, Retal with more than SAR 1.2 billion, and Cenomi Centers with approximately SAR 1.15 billion.
وعلى صعيد الأرباح التشغيلية، تصدرت سينومي سنترز بنحو 1.05 مليار ريال، تلتها دار الأركان بـ963 مليون ريال، ثم جبل عمر بـ481 مليون ريال ومسار بـ456 مليون ريال.
In terms of operating profits, Cenomi Centers ranked first with approximately SAR 1.05 billion, followed by Dar Al Arkan with SAR 963 million, Jabal Omar with SAR 481 million, and Misk? with SAR 456 million.
أما صافي الأرباح العائدة للمساهمين، فجاءت سينومي سنترز في الصدارة بـ588 مليون ريال، تلتها دار الأركان بـ499 مليون ريال، ثم مكة للإنشاء والتعمير بـ335 مليون ريال.
As for net profit attributable to shareholders, Cenomi Centers ranked first with SAR 588 million, followed by Dar Al Arkan with SAR 499 million and Makkah Construction and Development with SAR 335 million.
وسجلت جبل عمر صافي ربح بلغ 275 مليون ريال، ومسار 261 مليون ريال، وطيبة للاستثمار 198 مليون ريال خلال الفترة.
Jabal Omar recorded a net profit of SAR 275 million, while Masar posted SAR 261 million and Taiba Investments SAR 198 million during the period.
وفي المقابل، لم تعلن أربع شركات نتائجها للنصف الأول حتى الآن، وهي العقارية السعودية، ومدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية، وإعمار المدينة الاقتصادية، والبحر الأحمر العالمية.
