White Land Program Drives 15 Million Square Meters in Qassim Toward Development and Trading

The result reflects the impact of implementing the Vacant Lands and Properties Fee system in stimulating urban development, improving land-use efficiency within urban areas, and increasing real estate and residential supply in the region.
The registered areas included 606 thousand square meters of land that had been completed developed, 6 million square meters of white land that entered circulation, in addition to 8 million square meters that are still under development, which supports the transformation of unused lands into effective urban projects and products.
