«الصندوق العقاري» يُودع 1.074 مليار ريال لمستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني لشهر أغسطس Real Estate Development Fund Deposits SAR 1.074 Billion for Housing Support Program Beneficiaries for August
أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية، إيداع مليارٍ و74 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني من وزارة البلديات والإسكان والصندوق العقاري، وذلك عن شهر أغسطس 2026م.
The Real Estate Development Fund announced the deposit of SAR 1.074 billion into the accounts of beneficiaries of the Housing Support Program provided by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund for August 2026.
وأوضح أن إجمالي دعم شهر يوليو خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة؛ لتمكين المستفيدين وتحسين قدرتهم على تملّك السكن، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030.
It explained that the July support was allocated to subsidizing the profits of various housing support program contracts, enabling beneficiaries and improving their ability to own homes in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
مشيرًا إلى أن إجمالي ما أُودع في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني من يناير لهذا العام 2026 م حتى شهر أغسطس الحالي بلغ ثمانية مليارات وستمائة وثمانية وعشرين مليون ريال.
The fund noted that the total amount deposited into the accounts of Housing Support Program beneficiaries from January 2026 through August reached SAR 8.628 billion.
ويُتيح صندوق التنمية العقارية خدمات الدعم السكني، عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للصندوق، إضافة إلى خدمة “المستشار العقاري” التي تمكّن المستفيدين من بناء مسارات دعمهم، وفق أفضل التوصيات التمويلية والسكنية.
The Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support services through its electronic portal, in addition to the “Real Estate Advisor” service, which enables beneficiaries to develop their support pathways based on the best financing and housing recommendations.
ومكّن الصندوق العقاري منذ تأسيسه عام 1974م أكثر من 1,800,000 أسرة من الحصول على مسكنهم الأول، وأسهم برفع نسبة التملّك للمواطنين إلى 66.24%.
Since its establishment in 1974, the Real Estate Development Fund has enabled more than 1.8 million families to obtain their first homes and has contributed to increasing the homeownership rate among citizens to 66.24%.
ويواصل الصندوق أداء دوره الريادي في تمكين الأسر من تملّك المساكن المناسبة، من خلال تطوير حلول تمويلية مبتكرة بالتعاون مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين؛ بما يسهم في تسهيل رحلة التملّك وتوسيع نطاق الخيارات التمويلية والسكنية الملائمة لاحتياجات المستفيدين.
The fund continues to play its leading role in enabling families to own suitable homes by developing innovative financing solutions in cooperation with financing institutions and real estate developers. This contributes to facilitating the homeownership journey and expanding the range of financing and housing options that meet beneficiaries' needs.
