The Saudi Real Estate Refinancing Company (SRC), one of the Public Investment Fund companies, announced the signing of an agreement to purchase a residential real estate financing portfolio from Banque Saudi Fransi, in the third transaction of its kind between the two sides.

The agreement aims to provide liquidity to financing entities and enhance their ability to provide housing financing solutions, in addition to developing the secondary market for real estate financing and raising its efficiency and sustainability.
