ارتفعت الصفقات السكنية إلى 22,837 صفقة، بزيادة 15% عن يونيو، لكنها تراجعت 13% سنويًا.

Residential transactions rose to 22,837, an increase of 15% from June, although they declined by 13% year over year.

وسجلت قيمة الصفقات السكنية 19.82 مليار ريال، بنمو شهري 32% وانخفاض سنوي 43%.

The value of residential transactions reached SAR 19.82 billion, representing monthly growth of 32% and an annual decline of 43%.

كما ارتفعت الصفقات غير السكنية إلى 2,314 صفقة، بنمو شهري 9%، وبلغت قيمتها 15.72 مليار ريال، بزيادة 82%.

Non-residential transactions also increased to 2,314, growing 9% month over month, while their value reached SAR 15.72 billion, an increase of 82%.

وجاءت مكة المكرمة ثانيًا بـ5,279 صفقة وقيمة 10.09 مليار ريال، تلتها المنطقة الشرقية بـ3,722 صفقة و4.13 مليار ريال.

Makkah ranked second with 5,279 transactions worth SAR 10.09 billion, followed by the Eastern Province with 3,722 transactions valued at SAR 4.13 billion.

وفي سوق الإيجارات، تصدرت الرياض بـ136,054 صفقة، تمثل 32.55% من الإجمالي، بقيمة 4.43 مليار ريال.

In the rental market, Riyadh led with 136,054 transactions, accounting for 32.55% of the total, with a value of SAR 4.43 billion.

وسجلت تراخيص الوساطة والتسويق للأفراد 9,130 ترخيصًا، بارتفاع شهري 65% وسنوي 52%.

Licenses for individual brokerage and marketing activities reached 9,130, rising 65% month over month and 52% year over year.

وارتفعت تراخيص منشآت الوساطة والتسويق إلى 3,053 ترخيصًا، بنمو شهري 46%، وبلغت إعلانات البيع 24,299 إعلانًا.
