واصل قطاع الإنشاءات السعودي نموه خلال يوليو للشهر الثالث على التوالي، بدعم من قوة الطلب وتحسن ثقة الشركات.

Saudi Arabia’s construction sector continued to grow in July for the third consecutive month, supported by strong demand and improved business confidence.

وسجل مؤشر «الراجحي المالية» للقطاع 55.2 نقطة في يوليو، مقابل 56.3 نقطة في يونيو.

Al Rajhi Capital’s construction sector index recorded 55.2 points in July, compared with 56.3 points in June.

ورغم التراجع الشهري، بقي المؤشر أعلى من مستوى 50 نقطة، الذي يفصل بين النمو والانكماش.

Despite the monthly decline, the index remained above the 50-point threshold separating growth from contraction.

كما جاءت قراءة يوليو أعلى من مستويات الأشهر الخمسة الأولى من العام، مؤكدة استمرار الزخم.

July’s reading was also higher than the levels recorded during the first five months of the year, confirming the continuation of positive momentum.

وتصدرت مشروعات البنية التحتية قائمة الأنشطة الأسرع نموًا خلال الشهر.

Infrastructure projects led the fastest-growing activities during the month.

وارتفع مؤشر البنية التحتية إلى 56.9 نقطة، وهو أعلى مستوى له في ستة أشهر.

The infrastructure index rose to 56.9 points, its highest level in six months.

ويأتي ذلك بعد تسجيله 45.7 نقطة في مايو، ودخوله منطقة الانكماش للمرة الأولى.

This follows a reading of 45.7 points in May, when the index entered contraction territory for the first time.

في المقابل، حافظ نشاط الإنشاءات السكنية على قوته، مسجلًا 56 نقطة في يوليو.

Meanwhile, residential construction activity remained strong, recording 56 points in July.

وسجل النشاط السكني نموًا للشهر الثالث على التوالي، مدعومًا بتحسن الطلب وثقة العملاء.

Residential activity grew for the third consecutive month, supported by improved demand and customer confidence.

أما المباني غير السكنية فسجلت 53.4 نقطة، مواصلة النمو بوتيرة أبطأ من القطاعات الأخرى.

Non-residential buildings recorded 53.4 points, continuing to grow at a slower pace than the other segments.

وبذلك دخلت الأنشطة الفرعية الثلاثة جميعها منطقة النمو خلال يوليو.

As a result, all three subsectors entered growth territory in July.

ويعكس هذا الأداء اتساع قاعدة التعافي وانتقال قيادة النمو من القطاع السكني إلى البنية التحتية.

This performance reflects a broadening recovery and a shift in the main driver of growth from residential construction toward infrastructure.

وتشير النتائج إلى استمرار قوة نشاط الإنشاءات السعودي رغم تراجع المؤشر عن ذروة يونيو.

The results indicate that Saudi Arabia’s construction activity remains strong despite the index declining from its June peak.
