شركة الرمز للعقارات تدشن "مسار كورنر" في مكة بحجوزات قياسية تصل لـ178 مليون دولار Al-Romouz Real Estate Launches “Masar Corner” in Makkah with Record Bookings Reaching $178 Million
دشنت شركة الرمز للعقارات رسميًا مشروع "مسار كورنر" في مكة المكرمة، محققة حجوزات أولية على الوحدات المطروحة على الخارطة بقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 178.7 مليون دولار (670 مليون ريال) حتى نهاية يوم الإطلاق.
Al-Romouz Real Estate officially launched the “Masar Corner” project in Makkah, securing initial bookings for off-plan units with a total value of approximately $178.7 million (SAR 670 million) by the end of the launch day.
وأفادت الشركة في بيان على "تداول السعودية" اليوم الخميس أن تدشين المشروع يأتي امتدادًا لاتفاقية أعلنت الشركة توقيعها في فبراير 2026 مع شركة صندوق رمز الحجاز، وهو صندوق استثماري تملك "الرمز" حصة قدرها 50% فيه وتديره شركة الراجحي المالية.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday that the launch follows an agreement it announced in February 2026 with Ramz Al-Hejaz Fund Company, an investment fund in which Al-Romouz holds a 50% stake and which is managed by Al Rajhi Capital.
وذلك لتطوير مشروع "مسار كورنر" الواقع ضمن وجهة مسار في مكة المكرمة، ويتكون المشروع من برجين يضمان وحدات سكنية وتجارية وخدمية بإجمالي 541 وحدة، على مساحة بناء إجمالية تبلغ نحو 125 ألف متر مربع، وتتوقع الشركة الانتهاء من المشروع وتسليمه خلال عام 2029.
The agreement covers the development of the “Masar Corner” project, located within the Masar destination in Makkah. The project consists of two towers comprising residential, commercial, and service units, with a total of 541 units and a gross built-up area of approximately 125,000 square meters. The company expects the project to be completed and handed over in 2029.
وكشفت الشركة أن الحجوزات الأولية للمشروع توزعت على عملاء من 51 دولة، فيما شهد حفل الإطلاق، الذي أقيم في فندق ماندارين أورينتال الفيصلية بمدينة الرياض يوم الأربعاء 30 سبتمبر 2026، حضور أكثر من 400 شخصية من رؤساء مجالس الإدارات والرؤساء التنفيذيين وقيادات القطاعين العقاري والمصرفي ومديري الأصول وممثلي صناديق الاستثمار والمستثمرين من داخل المملكة وخارجها.
The company revealed that the project’s initial bookings came from customers in 51 countries. The launch ceremony, held at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, was attended by more than 400 figures, including board chairpersons, CEOs, leaders from the real estate and banking sectors, asset managers, investment fund representatives, and investors from inside and outside the Kingdom.
