الهيئة العامة للعقار تُنفذ 37 جولة رقابية خلال شهر سبتمبر لضمان الامتثال في السوق العقاري General Real Estate Authority Conducts 37 Inspection Tours in September to Ensure Compliance in the Real Estate Market
نفذت الهيئة العامة للعقار بمشاركة الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة خلال شهر سبتمبر الماضي 37 جولة رقابية مشتركة شملت زيارة 464 منشأة عقارية في عدد من مناطق المملكة.
The General Real Estate Authority, in cooperation with relevant government entities, conducted 37 joint inspection tours last September, covering visits to 464 real estate establishments in several regions of the Kingdom.
وتأتي هذه الجولات بهدف ضمان الامتثال للتشريعات العقارية بشكل عام ونظام الوساطة العقارية على وجه الخصوص، إضافة إلى ما يتعلق باختصاص الجهات الحكومية المشاركة.
The inspections aim to ensure compliance with real estate legislation in general and the Real Estate Brokerage Law in particular, in addition to matters falling under the jurisdiction of the participating government entities.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن العمل الميداني هو أحد المسارات التي تعمل عليها لتنظيم السوق العقاري، حيث قامت فرقها الرقابية خلال الفترة ذاتها بتنفيذ 14,965 عملية تدقيق رقابي ميداني على اللوحات الإعلانية والمكاتب العقارية.
The Authority explained that field operations are one of the mechanisms it uses to regulate the real estate market. During the same period, its inspection teams conducted 14,965 field compliance checks on advertising signs and real estate offices.
وأسفرت عمليات التدقيق عن رصد عدد من المخالفات تمثلت في ممارسة نشاط الوساطة العقارية أو الخدمات العقارية دون الحصول على ترخيص ساري المفعول، وعدم بذل العناية اللازمة للتحقق من صحة المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من مالك العقار أو مالك المنفعة، وعدم بيان اسم المرخص أو رقم الترخيص في الإعلانات المتعلقة بالعقار.
The inspections identified several violations, including conducting real estate brokerage or real estate services without a valid license, failing to exercise due diligence in verifying information obtained from the property owner or beneficiary, and failing to include the licensee’s name or license number in property advertisements.
كما تلقت الهيئة 1,542 بلاغًا عقاريًا عبر قنواتها المختلفة تم التعامل معها ومعالجتها، فيما بلغ عدد عمليات المسح الإلكتروني أكثر من 30,674 عملية.
The Authority also received 1,542 real estate reports through its various channels, all of which were addressed and processed. Meanwhile, the number of electronic monitoring operations exceeded 30,674.
حيث تنتهج الهيئة الرقابة الإلكترونية التي تستهدف القنوات الرقمية والمنصات العقارية للتحقق من نظامية الإعلانات وممارسات الوساطة العقارية الرقمية وفق الأنظمة واللوائح.
The Authority has adopted electronic monitoring targeting digital channels and real estate platforms to verify the legality of advertisements and digital real estate brokerage practices in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
