سجل سوق العقار السعودي 654 صفقة بيع يوم الأربعاء 7 أكتوبر 2026، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 279.9 مليون ريال، ومساحة متداولة وصلت إلى 7.3 مليون متر مربع.
The Saudi real estate market recorded 654 sales transactions on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, with a total value of SAR 279.9 million and a traded area of 7.3 million square meters.
وبحسب منصة المؤشرات العقارية التابعة للهيئة العامة للعقار، ارتفع عدد الصفقات بنسبة 2.82% مقارنة باليوم السابق، فيما زادت قيمتها بنسبة 29.68%، وقفزت المساحة المتداولة بنسبة 100.8% على أساس يومي، مسجلة أعلى معدل نمو بين المؤشرات الثلاثة.
According to the Real Estate Indicators Platform of the Real Estate General Authority, the number of transactions increased by 2.82% compared with the previous day, while their value rose by 29.68%. The traded area surged by 100.8% day on day, recording the highest growth rate among the three indicators.
وأظهرت البيانات أن نمو قيمة الصفقات تجاوز ارتفاع عددها، بالتزامن مع زيادة المساحات المتداولة، ما يعكس اختلاف طبيعة العقارات المتداولة بين اليومين.
The data showed that the growth in transaction value outpaced the increase in transaction volume, alongside an expansion in traded areas, reflecting differences in the types of properties traded on the two days.

وتتصدر الأراضي السكنية أنواع العقارات الأكثر نشاطًا ضمن البيانات المتراكمة، فيما يظهر حي الرمال بالرياض ضمن الأحياء الأكثر نشاطًا، وسجلت أعلى صفقة من حيث القيمة نحو 799 مليون ريال في حي أم الحمام الغربي بالرياض، وفق المؤشرات العامة للمنصة.
Residential land ranks among the most active property types in the cumulative data, while Riyadh’s Al Rimal neighborhood is among the most active neighborhoods. According to the platform’s general indicators, the highest-value transaction was recorded in Riyadh’s Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi neighborhood, at approximately SAR 799 million.
