الشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري SRC توقع اتفاقية لشراء محفظة تمويل عقاري Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) signs an agreement to purchase a real estate financing portfolio.
أعلنت الشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري (SRC)، إحدى شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، توقيع اتفاقية لشراء محفظة تمويل عقاري سكني من البنك السعودي الفرنسي، في ثالث عملية من نوعها بين الجانبين.
The Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC), a Public Investment Fund company, announced that it had signed an agreement to purchase a residential mortgage financing portfolio from Banque Saudi Fransi, marking the third transaction of its kind between the two parties.
وجرى توقيع الاتفاقية برعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان ورئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وبحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة البنك السعودي الفرنسي، مازن بن عبدالرزاق الرميح.
The agreement was signed under the patronage of Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of SRC, in the presence of Mazen bin Abdulrazzaq Al-Rumaih, Chairman of Banque Saudi Fransi.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى توفير السيولة لجهات التمويل، وتعزيز قدرتها على تقديم حلول التمويل السكني، إلى جانب تنمية السوق الثانوية للتمويل العقاري ورفع كفاءتها واستدامتها.
The agreement aims to provide liquidity to financing institutions and strengthen their capacity to offer residential financing solutions, while developing the secondary mortgage market and improving its efficiency and sustainability.
وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري، مجيد بن فهد العبدالجبار، أن الاتفاقية تعزز الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين الطرفين، وتسهم في توسيع نطاق التمويل العقاري السكني.
Majid bin Fahd Al-Abduljabbar, CEO of SRC, stated that the agreement strengthens the strategic partnership between the two parties and contributes to expanding the scope of residential real estate financing.
من جانبه، أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك السعودي الفرنسي، بدر بن حمد السلوم، أن التعاون يدعم تطوير حلول تمويلية للعملاء، ويعزز كفاءة السوق واستدامته.
For his part, Bader bin Hamad Al-Salloum, CEO of Banque Saudi Fransi, explained that the cooperation supports the development of financing solutions for customers and enhances the market’s efficiency and sustainability.
وتأتي الاتفاقية ضمن جهود الشركة لتوسيع قاعدة المستثمرين، وتطوير حلول إعادة التمويل العقاري، ودعم مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان ورؤية السعودية 2030.
The agreement forms part of the company’s efforts to broaden its investor base, develop real estate refinancing solutions, and support the objectives of the Housing Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
وتأسست الشركة عام 2017 من قبل صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، وتعمل بترخيص من البنك المركزي السعودي على توفير السيولة للممولين، ودعم نمو سوق التمويل العقاري، وتعزيز تملك الأسر السعودية للمساكن.
SRC was established in 2017 by the Public Investment Fund and operates under a license from the Saudi Central Bank. It provides liquidity to lenders, supports the growth of the mortgage financing market, and promotes homeownership among Saudi families.
