أطلقت أمانة منطقة الرياض شركة «مرافد»، الذراع التنفيذي لتطوير وتمكين البنية التحتية الاقتصادية في العاصمة، عبر ثلاثة قطاعات رئيسة تشمل اللوجستيات والتنقل، والتجمعات الصناعية، والاقتصاد الدائري.
Riyadh Region Municipality has launched Marafid, an executive arm dedicated to developing and enabling the capital’s economic infrastructure across three main sectors: logistics and mobility, industrial clusters, and the circular economy.
وتهدف الشركة إلى تحويل الأصول والفرص الاقتصادية إلى مشاريع متكاملة تدعم النمو الاقتصادي، وترفع كفاءة الخدمات، وتعزز استدامة التنمية وجودة الحياة.
The company aims to transform economic assets and opportunities into integrated projects that support economic growth, improve service efficiency, and enhance sustainable development and quality of life.
وتشمل أعمال «مرافد» مراكز الخدمات اللوجستية والتوزيع، والمواقف الذكية، ومحطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية، وتجمعات إعادة التدوير، ومناطق الصناعات الخفيفة.
Marafid’s activities include logistics and distribution centers, smart parking facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, recycling clusters, and light industrial zones.
وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الرياض القابضة، المهندس سلمان بن عبدالرحمن الدهمش، أن إطلاق «مرافد» يمثل خطوة استراتيجية نحو بناء منظومات اقتصادية وتشغيلية أكثر تكاملًا وكفاءة.
Salman bin Abdulrahman Al-Dahmash, CEO of Riyadh Holding Company, stated that the launch of Marafid represents a strategic step toward building more integrated and efficient economic and operational systems.
وتضم محفظة الشركة مشاريع قائمة وأخرى تحت التطوير، من بينها مدينة تجميع المعادن، ومركز العريجاء، ومركز الشرق.
The company’s portfolio includes existing projects and others under development, including the Metal Collection City, Al-Uraija Center, and Al-Sharq Center.
كما تشمل مواقف النخيل والصحافة، وتجمعات مواد البناء والخرسانات، ومراكز إيواء الشاحنات، إلى جانب مشاريع أخرى تدعم القطاعات الاقتصادية الحيوية.
The portfolio also includes Al-Nakheel and Al-Sahafah parking facilities, building materials and concrete clusters, and truck holding centers, alongside other projects supporting vital economic sectors.
