أكد الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الوطنية للإسكان محمد البطي استهداف مضاعفة المحفظة السكنية إلى أكثر من 400 مليار ريال بحلول 2030، تستهدف الشركة رفع عدد الوحدات السكنية إلى نحو 600 ألف وحدة، مقابل 300 ألف بنهاية 2025، وتعتمد «NHC» على استمرار الطلب القوي، خصوصًا في المدن السعودية الكبرى.

NHC CEO Mohammed Al-Bati confirmed that the company aims to double its residential portfolio to more than SAR 400 billion by 2030. The company also aims to increase the number of residential units to approximately 600,000, compared with 300,000 units at the end of 2025. NHC is relying on continued strong demand, particularly in major Saudi cities.

يمثل مستفيدو برامج المسكن الأول نحو 70% من مشتري مشاريع الشركة، وتعمل الشركة على توسيع المعروض السكني ودعم مستهدفات القطاع العقاري، تنفذ «NHC» 20% من مشاريعها مباشرة، و20% بالشراكة مع مطورين دوليين، وتتولى الشركات المحلية تنفيذ النسبة المتبقية ضمن نموذج تمكين القطاع الخاص.

First-home program beneficiaries account for around 70% of buyers in the company’s projects. The company is working to expand residential supply and support the objectives of the real estate sector. NHC directly executes 20% of its projects, while another 20% are carried out in partnership with international developers, with local companies executing the remaining projects under a private-sector enablement model.

تجاوزت قيمة مشاريع الشركة 250 مليار ريال، ومبيعاتها التراكمية 120 مليارًا، أسهم نظام تملك غير السعوديين في إضافة مصدر جديد للطلب على العقار، ارتفع مؤشر الطلب على المساكن بنسبة 4.3% بعد دخول النظام حيز التنفيذ.

The value of the company’s projects has exceeded SAR 250 billion, while cumulative sales have reached SAR 120 billion. The system allowing non-Saudis to own property has added a new source of demand to the real estate market, while the residential demand index increased by 4.3% after the system came into effect.

تستحوذ «NHC» على نحو 60% من سوق البيع على الخارطة، وبلغت حصتها من الصفقات 21%، وتراهن الشركة حتى 2030 على زيادة المعروض والشراكات والطلب المحلي والأجنبي.

NHC holds approximately 60% of the off-plan sales market, with a 21% share of transactions. Through 2030, the company is betting on increasing supply, expanding partnerships, and strengthening domestic and foreign demand.
