الرياض تطلق أول مشروع استثماري مشترك مع القطاع الخاص شمال العاصمة لمدة 50 عامًا Riyadh Launches Its First Joint Investment Project with the Private Sector in the North of the Capital Under a 50-Year Agreement
أعلنت أمانة منطقة الرياض ووزارة البلديات والإسكان والمركز الوطني للتخصيص، إطلاق مرحلة إبداء الرغبة والتأهيل وتقديم العروض لمشروع استثماري مشترك مع القطاع الخاص شمال الرياض.
Riyadh Municipality, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the National Center for Privatization and PPP announced the launch of the Expression of Interest, qualification, and proposal submission phase for a joint investment project with the private sector in northern Riyadh.
ويُعد المشروع الأول من نوعه الذي تطرحه الأمانة وفق نموذج الاستثمار المشترك مع القطاع الخاص، لمدة 50 عامًا، ويستهدف المشروع تطوير قطعة أرض على شارع زيد بن عاصم، بمساحة تبلغ 30,015 مترًا مربعًا.
This is the first project of its kind launched by the municipality under a joint investment model with the private sector, with a duration of 50 years. The project aims to develop a plot of land on Zaid bin Asim Street, covering an area of 30,015 square meters.
ويتولى المستثمر الشريك أعمال التصميم والبناء والتشغيل والصيانة لجميع مرافق المشروع، ويتيح الموقع تطوير أصول متعددة الاستخدامات، تشمل الأنشطة السكنية والتجارية والمكتبية والترفيهية.
The private-sector investment partner will be responsible for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of all project facilities. The site offers opportunities to develop mixed-use assets, including residential, commercial, office, and entertainment facilities.
ويهدف المشروع إلى استقطاب استثمارات نوعية، وتلبية الطلب المتزايد على المشروعات والخدمات الحضرية في العاصمة، ودعت الجهات المنظمة المستثمرين والمؤسسات المالية والمشغلين المحليين والدوليين إلى الاطلاع على تفاصيل المشروع والتقدم بطلب وثيقته.
The project aims to attract high-quality investments and meet the growing demand for urban projects and services in the capital. The organizing authorities have invited investors, financial institutions, and local and international operators to review the project details and apply to obtain the project documentation.
وتُتاح الوثائق عبر بوابة المستثمرين بالمركز الوطني للتخصيص، خلال الفترة من 3 نوفمبر 2026 حتى 3 فبراير 2027.
The project documents are available through the investor portal of the National Center for Privatization and PPP from November 3, 2026, until February 3, 2027.
ويأتي المشروع ضمن استراتيجية أمانة الرياض لرفع كفاءة إدارة الأصول البلدية، وتعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في التنمية العمرانية وتوسيع قاعدة الاستثمارات وتطوير مشروعات نوعية.
The project forms part of Riyadh Municipality’s strategy to improve the efficiency of municipal asset management, strengthen private-sector participation in urban development, expand the investment base, and deliver high-quality development projects.
