طرحت «مجموعة روشن»، المملوكة لـ«صندوق الاستثمارات العامة» السعودي، مجمع «العروس ريزيدنس» السكني المتكامل، الذي يضم مجموعة من الشقق العصرية في موقع استراتيجي بقلب «مجتمع العروس» شمال مدينة جدة، بالقرب من وجهة «مرافي» والقناة المائية التابعة لها.
ROSHN Group, owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, has launched Alarous Residence, an integrated residential complex featuring a collection of modern apartments in a strategic location at the heart of Alarous Community in northern Jeddah, near the Marafi destination and its waterfront canal.
يُعدّ المشروع أولَ طرح للشقق السكنية ضمن «مجتمع العروس»، حيث يضم وحدات متنوعة تتراوح بين غرفة نوم واحدة و3 غرف نوم، ضمن مجمع سكني متكامل، يوفر مرافق وخدمات متعددة، تشمل المسابح والصالات الرياضية ومناطق ألعاب الأطفال والمساحات الخضراء المفتوحة.
The project marks the first residential apartment launch within Alarous Community. It offers a variety of units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments within an integrated residential complex featuring a range of amenities and services, including swimming pools, gyms, children’s play areas, and open green spaces.
كما يتيح المشروع وصولاً مباشراً إلى مجمع تجاري مجاور يضم مرافق متنوعة بمساحات تأجيرية تتجاوز 7 آلاف متر مربع، تشمل متاجر للتجزئة ومطاعم ومقاهيَ، إضافة إلى عدد من الخدمات والمرافق المجتمعية، من بينها الجامع والمدارس القريبة.
The project also provides direct access to an adjacent commercial center featuring various facilities across more than 7,000 square meters of leasable space, including retail stores, restaurants, and cafés, in addition to a number of community services and facilities, including a mosque and nearby schools.
ويقع «العروس ريزيدنس» بالقرب من وجهة «مرافي» وقناتها المائية، في إطار المخطط العمراني المتكامل لـ«مجتمع العروس»، الذي يمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 4 ملايين متر مربع، ويضم أكثر من 18 ألف وحدة سكنية، في موقع استراتيجي شمال جدة بالقرب من «مطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي» و«مدينة الملك عبد الله الرياضية».
Alarous Residence is located near the Marafi destination and its waterfront canal, as part of the integrated master plan of Alarous Community, which spans more than 4 million square meters and includes more than 18,000 residential units. The project is strategically located in northern Jeddah, near King Abdulaziz International Airport and King Abdullah Sports City.
