كشفت وزارة البلديات والإسكان أن إجمالي مساحات الأراضي البيضاء التي دخلت مسارات التطوير أو التداول في منطقة القصيم بلغ نحو 15 مليون متر مربع، في نتيجة تعكس أثر تطبيق نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء والعقارات الشاغرة في تحفيز التنمية العمرانية، ورفع كفاءة استخدام الأراضي داخل النطاقات الحضرية، وزيادة المعروض العقاري والسكني في المنطقة.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing revealed that the total area of vacant land in the Qassim region that has entered development or trading pathways reached approximately 15 million square meters. The result reflects the impact of implementing the Vacant Lands and Properties Fee system in stimulating urban development, improving land-use efficiency within urban areas, and increasing real estate and residential supply in the region.
شملت المساحات المسجلة 606 آلاف متر مربع من الأراضي التي تم الانتهاء من تطويرها، و6 ملايين متر مربع من الأراضي البيضاء التي دخلت حيز التداول، إضافة إلى 8 ملايين متر مربع لا تزال قيد التطوير، الأمر الذي يدعم تحويل الأراضي غير المستغلة إلى مشاريع ومنتجات عمرانية فاعلة.
The recorded areas included 606,000 square meters of land whose development has been completed, 6 million square meters of vacant land that has entered the trading phase, and an additional 8 million square meters that remain under development. This supports the transformation of underutilized land into active urban projects and products.
وبيّنت الوزارة أن إيرادات رسوم الأراضي البيضاء أسهمت في دعم 5 مشاريع سكنية ومشاريع للبنية التحتية الممكنة في منطقة القصيم، ما يعزز توجيه عوائد الرسوم إلى مشاريع تخدم التنمية الحضرية، وتدعم تهيئة البيئة العمرانية، وتواكب احتياجات النمو السكاني والعمراني في مدن ومحافظات المنطقة.
The ministry noted that revenues from vacant land fees have contributed to supporting five residential projects and enabling infrastructure projects in the Qassim region. This strengthens the allocation of fee revenues to projects that serve urban development, support the urban environment, and meet the population and urban growth needs of cities and governorates across the region.
وأكدت الوزارة أن هذه النتائج تأتي امتدادًا للجهود المستمرة الهادفة إلى تنظيم السوق العقاري، وتحفيز تطوير الأراضي داخل المدن، إلى جانب رفع كفاءة استثمار الأراضي وزيادة المعروض من المنتجات العمرانية والسكنية.
The ministry emphasized that these results are part of ongoing efforts aimed at regulating the real estate market, encouraging land development within cities, improving the efficiency of land investment, and increasing the supply of urban and residential products.
