نفّذ مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض أكثر من 37 ألف جولة رقابية على أعمال مشاريع البنية التحتية في مدينة الرياض ومحافظات المنطقة خلال شهر يوليو 2026م، وذلك ضمن جهوده المستمرة لتعزيز الامتثال، ورفع جودة التنفيذ، وتحسين مستوى السلامة في مواقع المشاريع.

The Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region conducted more than 37,000 inspection tours of infrastructure projects in Riyadh city and the region’s governorates during July 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen compliance, improve execution quality, and enhance safety at project sites.

أسفرت الجولات الرقابية عن رصد أكثر من 3 آلاف مخالفة، فيما استقبل المركز خلال الفترة ذاتها أكثر من 20 ألف بلاغ مرتبط بأعمال مشاريع البنية التحتية، في إطار متابعته المستمرة لمستوى الامتثال ومعالجة الملاحظات الميدانية بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

The inspection tours resulted in the identification of more than 3,000 violations, while the center received more than 20,000 reports related to infrastructure projects during the same period, as part of its ongoing monitoring of compliance and efforts to address field observations in coordination with the relevant authorities.

شملت أبرز المخالفات المرصودة عدم الالتزام بمتطلبات لوحة المشروع، وعدم المحافظة على النظافة العامة في مواقع العمل، وتخزين المواد والمعدات والأدوات المستخدمة خارج نطاق العمل المرخص، إضافةً إلى عدم الالتزام بمتطلبات الإنارة التحذيرية اللازمة في مناطق العمل، بما يتوافق مع الاشتراطات والمعايير المعتمدة.

The most prominent violations included failure to comply with project sign requirements, failure to maintain general cleanliness at work sites, and the storage of materials, equipment, and tools outside the authorized work area. Other violations included failure to comply with the required warning lighting in work zones in accordance with approved regulations and standards.

وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن منظومة رقابية متكاملة يقودها مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض؛ بهدف رفع معدلات الامتثال لكود مشاريع البنية التحتية، وتعزيز مستويات الجودة والسلامة في المشاريع، بما يسهم في تحسين كفاءة التنفيذ، وتحسين المشهد الحضري وجودة الحياة في منطقة الرياض.

These efforts are part of an integrated regulatory system led by the Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region, aimed at increasing compliance with the Infrastructure Projects Code and enhancing quality and safety standards across projects. The efforts contribute to improving execution efficiency, the urban landscape, and quality of life in the Riyadh region.
