الصندوق العقاري يودع 1.091 مليار ريال لمستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني خلال أكتوبر 2026 Real Estate Development Fund Deposits SAR 1.091 Billion for Housing Support Program Beneficiaries in October 2026
أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية إيداع 1.091 مليار ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني عن شهر أكتوبر 2026، بالتعاون مع وزارة البلديات والإسكان.
The Real Estate Development Fund announced the deposit of SAR 1.091 billion into the accounts of Housing Support Program beneficiaries for October 2026, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
وأوضح الصندوق أن المبلغ خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، بهدف تعزيز قدرة المستفيدين على تملك المساكن.
The fund explained that the amount was allocated to subsidize profits under various housing support program contracts, with the aim of enhancing beneficiaries’ ability to own homes.
وبذلك يرتفع إجمالي المبالغ المودعة منذ بداية عام 2026 وحتى نهاية أكتوبر إلى 10.817 مليار ريال.
With this deposit, the total amount disbursed since the beginning of 2026 through the end of October has increased to SAR 10.817 billion.
ويقدم الصندوق خدمات الدعم السكني عبر بوابته الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى خدمة «المستشار العقاري» لتوجيه المستفيدين نحو الخيارات التمويلية والسكنية المناسبة.
The fund provides housing support services through its electronic portal, in addition to its “Real Estate Advisor” service, which guides beneficiaries toward suitable financing and housing options.
ومنذ تأسيسه عام 1974، مكّن الصندوق أكثر من 1.8 مليون أسرة من الحصول على مسكنها الأول، وأسهم في رفع نسبة تملك المواطنين للمساكن إلى 66.24%.
Since its establishment in 1974, the fund has enabled more than 1.8 million families to obtain their first homes and contributed to increasing the homeownership rate among citizens to 66.24%.
وتشمل منظومة الصندوق برامج الدعم السكني والتمويل المدعوم، الذي يتحمل بموجبه الصندوق أرباح التمويل العقاري كليًا أو جزئيًا وفق الضوابط المحددة، كما يوفر خيارات تمويلية متنوعة بالتعاون مع البنوك وشركات التمويل والمطورين العقاريين، بهدف توسيع فرص التملك وتسهيل الحصول على المسكن الملائم.
The fund’s services include housing support programs and subsidized financing, under which the fund covers all or part of the real estate financing profits in accordance with established regulations. It also provides various financing options in cooperation with banks, finance companies, and real estate developers, with the aim of expanding homeownership opportunities and facilitating access to suitable housing.
