مبيعات العقارات غير السكنية ترتفع إلى 35 مليار ريال بالربع الثالث رغم تراجعها 14.9% سنويًا Non-Residential Real Estate Sales Rise to SAR 35 Billion in the Third Quarter Despite a 14.9% Annual Decline
شهدت مبيعات العقارات غير السكنية في السعودية تحسنًا خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2026، لتصل إلى نحو 35.05 مليار ريال، مقارنة بـ28.37 مليار ريال في الربع الثاني، بارتفاع فصلي بلغ 23.55%.
Non-residential real estate sales in Saudi Arabia improved during the third quarter of 2026, reaching approximately SAR 35.05 billion, compared to SAR 28.37 billion in the second quarter, representing a quarter-on-quarter increase of 23.55%.
ورغم هذا التحسن، تراجعت المبيعات بنسبة 14.92% مقارنة بالربع الثالث من عام 2025، عندما بلغت 41.19 مليار ريال.
Despite this improvement, sales declined by 14.92% compared to the third quarter of 2025, when they reached SAR 41.19 billion.
وكانت المبيعات قد سجلت تراجعًا حادًا خلال النصف الأول من العام، بانخفاض 50.14% في الربع الأول و62.56% في الربع الثاني على أساس سنوي.
Sales had recorded a sharp decline during the first half of the year, falling by 50.14% in the first quarter and 62.56% in the second quarter on a year-on-year basis.
وبلغ إجمالي صفقات البيع خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من 2026 نحو 19,169 صفقة، مقابل 25,106 صفقات في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي، بانخفاض 23.65%، بما يعادل 5,937 صفقة.
The total number of sales transactions during the first nine months of 2026 reached approximately 19,169, compared to 25,106 transactions during the same period last year, representing a decline of 23.65%, equivalent to 5,937 transactions.
وسجل الربع الثالث 6,584 صفقة، بانخفاض 15.97% سنويًا، وتراجع طفيف بلغ 0.35% مقارنة بالربع الثاني.
The third quarter recorded 6,584 transactions, representing a 15.97% year-on-year decline and a slight decrease of 0.35% compared to the second quarter.
وفي المقابل، انخفض متوسط قيمة الصفقة إلى 1.98 مليون ريال خلال الربع الثالث، مقابل 2.56 مليون ريال قبل عام، بتراجع 22.81%.
Meanwhile, the average transaction value declined to SAR 1.98 million in the third quarter, compared to SAR 2.56 million a year earlier, representing a decrease of 22.81%.
كما تراجع متوسط مساحة العقار غير السكني المباع إلى 27,751 م²، بانخفاض سنوي 10.55%، بعد أن سجل 31,023 م² في الربع الثالث من 2025.
The average area of sold non-residential properties also declined to 27,751 square meters, marking a year-on-year decrease of 10.55%, compared to 31,023 square meters in the third quarter of 2025.
