سجل السوق الإيجاري السعودي نموًا واسعًا خلال أغسطس 2026، مع ارتفاع العقود والصفقات السكنية وغير السكنية، وبلغ عدد عقود الإيجار السكنية 309,032 عقدًا، بنمو 9% شهريًا و35% سنويًا.

The Saudi rental market recorded broad growth in August 2026, with increases in both residential and non-residential contracts and transactions. The number of residential rental contracts reached 309,032, up 9% month-on-month and 35% year-on-year.

كما ارتفعت عقود الإيجار غير السكنية إلى 72,887 عقدًا، بزيادة 1% شهريًا و43% سنويًا، وصعدت صفقات الإيجار السكنية إلى 343,723 صفقة، بنمو 9% شهريًا و36% سنويًا.

Non-residential rental contracts also increased to 72,887, up 1% month-on-month and 43% year-on-year. Residential rental transactions rose to 343,723, increasing 9% month-on-month and 36% year-on-year.

وارتفعت صفقات الإيجار غير السكنية إلى 102,580 صفقة، بنمو 1% شهريًا و42% سنويًا، وعلى مستوى القيمة، استقرت صفقات الإيجار السكنية عند نحو 5.59 مليار ريال شهريًا.

Non-residential rental transactions increased to 102,580, up 1% month-on-month and 42% year-on-year. In terms of value, residential rental transactions remained at approximately SAR 5.59 billion for the month.

في المقابل، ارتفعت قيمتها بنسبة 28% مقارنة بأغسطس 2025، كما استقرت قيمة الصفقات الإيجارية غير السكنية عند نحو 5.03 مليار ريال شهريًا، وسجلت قيمة الصفقات غير السكنية نموًا سنويًا بلغ 37%.

However, their value increased 28% compared with August 2025. The value of non-residential rental transactions also remained at approximately SAR 5.03 billion for the month, recording 37% year-on-year growth.

وتعكس البيانات استمرار توسع النشاط الإيجاري مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، ويُقصد بعقود الإيجار عدد العقود المبرمة خلال فترة الاحتساب، بصرف النظر عن عدد الوحدات المشمولة.

The data indicate continued expansion in rental activity compared with the same period last year. Rental contracts refer to the number of contracts concluded during the measurement period, regardless of the number of units covered.

أما صفقات الإيجار، فتمثل عدد الوحدات العقارية الواردة في العقود، وتُحتسب كل وحدة كصفقة مستقلة، وتشير المؤشرات إلى نمو ملحوظ في حجم النشاط الإيجاري مع استقرار قيم الصفقات على أساس شهري.

Rental transactions, meanwhile, represent the number of real estate units included in the contracts, with each unit counted as a separate transaction. The indicators point to notable growth in rental activity while transaction values remained stable on a month-on-month basis.
