شهدت تراخيص أنشطة الوساطة العقارية خلال أغسطس 2026 تحركات متباينة مقارنة بيوليو 2026 وأغسطس 2025، وانخفضت تراخيص منشآت إدارة الأملاك إلى 221 ترخيصًا، رغم ارتفاعها سنويًا 50%.

Real estate brokerage licenses recorded mixed movements in August 2026 compared with July 2026 and August 2025. Property management establishment licenses declined to 221, despite increasing 50% year-on-year.

كما تراجعت تراخيص إدارة المرافق إلى 29 ترخيصًا، مع نمو سنوي بلغ 81%، وفي المقابل، ارتفعت تراخيص الوساطة والتسويق للأفراد إلى 9,818 ترخيصًا، بنمو 8% شهريًا و96% سنويًا.

Facility management licenses also declined to 29, while recording 81% year-on-year growth. In contrast, individual brokerage and marketing licenses increased to 9,818, rising 8% month-on-month and 96% year-on-year.

واستقرت تراخيص المنشآت عند 3,044 ترخيصًا، مع ارتفاع سنوي نسبته 8%، وتراجعت تراخيص الاستشارات والتحليلات للأفراد إلى ترخيص واحد، بانخفاض 95% شهريًا.

Establishment licenses remained at 3,044, up 8% year-on-year. Licenses for individual consulting and analysis services fell to just one license, a 95% month-on-month decline.

كما انخفضت تراخيص منشآت المزادات إلى 95 ترخيصًا، رغم ارتفاعها سنويًا 46%، وشهدت عقود الوساطة تفاوتًا في الأداء، مع نمو عقود البيع والتأجير والتسويق في عدد من الأنشطة.

Auction establishment licenses also fell to 95, despite increasing 46% year-on-year. Brokerage contracts showed mixed performance, with growth in sales, rental, and marketing contracts across several activities.

وارتفعت عقود التسويق للمنشآت إلى 16,143 عقدًا، بنمو 26% شهريًا و6% سنويًا، كما زادت عقود التسويق والبيع للأفراد إلى 7,165 عقدًا، بنمو 9% شهريًا و16% سنويًا.

Marketing contracts for establishments increased to 16,143, up 26% month-on-month and 6% year-on-year. Individual marketing and sales contracts also rose to 7,165, increasing 9% month-on-month and 16% year-on-year.

وارتفعت عقود التسويق والتأجير للأفراد إلى 3,815 عقدًا، مقابل 10,250 عقدًا للمنشآت، في المقابل، تراجعت عقود المزادات إلى 182 عقدًا، بانخفاض 28% شهريًا و59% سنويًا.

Individual marketing and rental contracts increased to 3,815, compared with 10,250 contracts for establishments. In contrast, auction contracts declined to 182, down 28% month-on-month and 59% year-on-year.

وسجلت الإعلانات العقارية نموًا شهريًا، بارتفاع إعلانات البيع إلى 29,275 والإيجار إلى 22,633 إعلانًا.

Real estate advertisements also recorded monthly growth, with sales listings rising to 29,275 and rental listings increasing to 22,633.
