قطاع الإعمار يتصدر تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي إلى المملكة بـ 34.5 مليار ريال Construction Sector Leads Foreign Investment Inflows into Saudi Arabia at SAR 34.5 Billion
ارتفعت تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الداخلة إلى السعودية بنسبة 33.5% خلال العام الماضي، لتصل إلى 159 مليار ريال (تعادل نحو 42.4 مليار دولار)، وفق البيانات السنوية الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
Foreign direct investment inflows into Saudi Arabia increased by 33.5% last year, reaching SAR 159 billion (approximately USD 42.4 billion), according to annual data released by the General Authority for Statistics.
وتصدرت أنشطة التشييد تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الداخلة إلى المملكة العربية السعودية بنهاية عام 2025، بقيمة بلغت 34.5 مليار ريال، مستحوذةً على 21.6% من إجمالي التدفقات الداخلة.
Construction activities ranked first in terms of foreign direct investment inflows into Saudi Arabia at the end of 2025, attracting SAR 34.5 billion and accounting for 21.6% of total inflows.
وحلت أنشطة الصناعة التحويلية في المرتبة الثانية بقيمة 33.4 مليار ريال، وبمساهمة بلغت 21%، تلتها أنشطة الخدمات الإدارية وخدمات الدعم بقيمة 22.3 مليار ريال، وبنسبة 14.1% من إجمالي التدفقات الداخلة خلال العام، وفق بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
Manufacturing activities ranked second, attracting SAR 33.4 billion and accounting for 21% of total inflows. Administrative and support service activities followed in third place, with SAR 22.3 billion, representing 14.1% of total inflows during the year, according to the General Authority for Statistics.
وعلى صعيد تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الخارجة، تصدرت أنشطة الصناعة التحويلية القائمة بقيمة 25.2 مليار ريال، تمثل 32.4% من إجمالي التدفقات الخارجة بنهاية 2025.
Regarding outward foreign direct investment flows, manufacturing activities topped the list with SAR 25.2 billion, representing 32.4% of total outflows at the end of 2025.
وجاءت أنشطة التشييد في المرتبة الثانية بقيمة 14.8 مليار ريال، وبمساهمة بلغت 19%، فيما حلت أنشطة تجارة الجملة والتجزئة وإصلاح المركبات ذات المحركات والدراجات النارية في المرتبة الثالثة، بتدفقات بلغت نحو 11 مليار ريال، وبنسبة 14.1% من إجمالي التدفقات الخارجة خلال عام 2025.
Construction activities ranked second, with SAR 14.8 billion, accounting for 19% of total outflows. Wholesale and retail trade, along with the repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, ranked third, with outflows of approximately SAR 11 billion, representing 14.1% of total outward flows in 2025.
