سجلت السوق العقارية في المنطقة الشرقية تداولات تجاوزت 34.42 مليار ريال خلال الأشهر السبعة الأولى من 2026، وتوزعت السيولة بين 25.33 مليار ريال لصفقات الشراء و9.10 مليار ريال لصفقات التأجير.
The real estate market in the Eastern Province recorded transactions exceeding SAR 34.42 billion during the first seven months of 2026. Liquidity was divided between SAR 25.33 billion in purchase transactions and SAR 9.10 billion in leasing transactions.
وبلغ إجمالي عدد العمليات العقارية خلال الفترة 456,459 صفقة، استحوذت صفقات الشراء على 73.6% من إجمالي قيمة التداولات، بواقع 23,219 صفقة.
The total number of real estate transactions during the period reached 456,459. Purchase transactions accounted for 73.6% of the total transaction value, with 23,219 deals.
وسجل أبريل أعلى قيمة شهرية لصفقات الشراء بنحو 4.58 مليار ريال، في المقابل، بلغ عدد صفقات التأجير 433,240 صفقة بقيمة إجمالية تجاوزت 9.09 مليار ريال.
April recorded the highest monthly value for purchase transactions at approximately SAR 4.58 billion. Meanwhile, the number of leasing transactions reached 433,240, with a total value exceeding SAR 9.09 billion.
وتصدر فبراير نشاط التأجير من حيث عدد العمليات والقيمة، مسجلًا 73,486 صفقة بقيمة 1.78 مليار ريال، وبلغ متوسط قيمة صفقة الشراء نحو 1.09 مليون ريال خلال الفترة.
February led leasing activity in terms of both the number and value of transactions, recording 73,486 deals worth SAR 1.78 billion. The average value of a purchase transaction during the period was approximately SAR 1.09 million.
بينما لم يتجاوز متوسط قيمة صفقة التأجير نحو 21 ألف ريال، وتكشف البيانات عن تباين واضح بين السوقين من حيث حجم العمليات والقيمة المالية.
Meanwhile, the average value of a leasing transaction did not exceed approximately SAR 21,000. The data reveal a clear difference between the two markets in terms of transaction volume and financial value.
فالتأجير استحوذ على الغالبية الساحقة من عدد الصفقات، بفارق يتجاوز 410 آلاف عملية عن الشراء، في حين تفوق الشراء ماليًا بفارق بلغ نحو 16.23 مليار ريال.
Leasing accounted for the overwhelming majority of transactions, exceeding purchases by more than 410,000 deals, while purchases led in financial terms by a difference of approximately SAR 16.23 billion.
