كشفت نشرة الهيئة العامة للعقار لشهر سبتمبر 2026 عن تباين أداء السوق العقارية السعودية مقارنة بأغسطس. وانخفضت قيمة الصفقات السكنية 17% إلى 14.94 مليار ريال، مقابل ارتفاع الصفقات غير السكنية 97% إلى 12.83 مليار ريال.
The September 2026 bulletin issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) revealed mixed performance in Saudi Arabia’s real estate market compared with August. The value of residential transactions fell by 17% to SAR 14.94 billion, while the value of non-residential transactions surged by 97% to SAR 12.83 billion.
وتراجع عدد الصفقات السكنية 9% إلى 19,911 صفقة، وغير السكنية 5% إلى 2,080 صفقة. وانخفض متوسط قيمة الصفقة السكنية إلى 657 ألف ريال، وغير السكنية إلى 1.84 مليون ريال.
The number of residential transactions declined by 9% to 19,911, while non-residential transactions decreased by 5% to 2,080. The average value of a residential transaction fell to SAR 657,000, while the average value of a non-residential transaction dropped to SAR 1.84 million.
وتصدرت الأراضي التداولات السكنية بـ10,219 صفقة، بانخفاض شهري 12%. في المقابل، ارتفع عدد صفقات الأدوار السكنية 24% إلى 1,207 صفقات.
Land transactions led the residential market, totaling 10,219 transactions, down 12% month-on-month. In contrast, transactions involving residential floors increased by 24% to 1,207.
وتراجعت قيمة صفقات الأراضي 18% إلى 6.42 مليار ريال، بينما ارتفعت صفقات الأدوار 12% إلى 924 مليون ريال.
The value of land transactions declined by 18% to SAR 6.42 billion, while the value of transactions involving residential floors rose by 12% to SAR 924 million.
وتصدرت الرياض عدد الصفقات العقارية بـ6,447 صفقة، تلتها مكة المكرمة بـ4,667 صفقة. وجاءت مكة المكرمة أولى من حيث قيمة التداولات بـ10.47 مليار ريال، تلتها الرياض بـ9.06 مليار ريال.
Riyadh ranked first in terms of the number of real estate transactions, with 6,447, followed by Makkah with 4,667. Makkah led in transaction value at SAR 10.47 billion, followed by Riyadh at SAR 9.06 billion.
وسجلت تراخيص الوساطة والتسويق العقاري للأفراد تراجعًا شهريًا بنسبة 59% إلى 4,013 رخصة. كما انخفضت تراخيص المنشآت في النشاط نفسه 28% إلى 2,180 رخصة.
Licenses issued to individuals for real estate brokerage and marketing fell by 59% month-on-month to 4,013. Licenses issued to establishments operating in the same field also declined by 28% to 2,180.
وتراجعت إعلانات البيع العقاري 10% إلى 26,204 إعلانات مقارنة بأغسطس. واستندت البيانات إلى مصادر رسمية، أبرزها وزارة العدل والسجل العقاري والهيئة العامة للعقار.
Real estate sale advertisements declined by 10% to 26,204 compared with August. The data were based on official sources, primarily the Ministry of Justice, the Real Estate Registry, and the Real Estate General Authority.
