قطاع المقاولات بالمدينة المنورة يسجل نموًا بدعم المشاريع التنموية والتوسع العمراني Medina’s Construction Sector Records Growth, Supported by Development Projects and Urban Expansion
سجّل قطاع المقاولات في المدينة المنورة توسعًا لافتًا خلال 2026، مع تنامي المشاريع التنموية والاستثمارية واتساع النشاط العمراني في المنطقة، وأظهرت بيانات غرفة المدينة المنورة ارتفاع السجلات التجارية للقطاع من 13,757 سجلًا في ديسمبر 2025 إلى 14,018 سجلًا في مارس 2026.
The construction sector in Medina recorded notable expansion in 2026, driven by the growth of development and investment projects and expanding urban activity in the region. Data from the Medina Chamber of Commerce showed that the sector’s commercial registrations increased from 13,757 in December 2025 to 14,018 in March 2026.
ويضم القطاع نحو 29,967 منشأة، تمثل 8.2% من إجمالي منشآت المقاولات في المملكة، كما يعمل فيه أكثر من 107 آلاف عامل، بما يعادل 22.3% من إجمالي العمالة في المنطقة.
The sector comprises approximately 29,967 establishments, representing 8.2% of all construction establishments in the Kingdom. It also employs more than 107,000 workers, equivalent to 22.3% of the region’s total workforce.
ويرتبط نمو القطاع بالتوسع في مشاريع البنية التحتية والإسكان والتطوير العقاري والخدمات والمرافق، وشهدت المنطقة خلال الربع الأول من 2025 تنفيذ 213 مشروعًا تنمويًا، مع توقعات بتوفير أكثر من 119 ألف فرصة عمل مستقبلية.
The sector’s growth is linked to the expansion of infrastructure, housing, real estate development, services, and utilities projects. During the first quarter of 2025, the region saw the implementation of 213 development projects, with more than 119,000 future job opportunities expected to be created.
وتفتح هذه المشاريع آفاقًا جديدة أمام شركات المقاولات والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات المرتبطة بالقطاع، وتبرز أهمية المقاولات في دعم صناعات مواد البناء والاستشارات الهندسية والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
These projects are opening new opportunities for construction companies, suppliers, and service providers connected to the sector. They also highlight the importance of construction in supporting building-material industries, engineering consultancy, transportation, and logistics services.
كما يسهم نمو القطاع في زيادة مشاركة المنشآت المحلية وتعزيز المحتوى المحلي وتوفير فرص العمل، ويتزامن ذلك مع اتساع نطاق التنمية والتوسع العمراني والاقتصادي الذي تشهده المدينة المنورة.
The sector’s growth also contributes to greater participation by local businesses, stronger local content, and increased employment opportunities. This coincides with the expanding scope of development and urban and economic growth taking place in Medina.
