شهد القطاع العقاري السعودي أسبوعًا حافلًا بالفعاليات والقرارات والمشروعات الجديدة، وتزامن ذلك مع اختتام فعاليات «ليب 2026» بإطلاقات واستثمارات قاربت 15 مليار دولار.

Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector witnessed a busy week of events, decisions, and new projects, coinciding with the conclusion of LEAP 2026, which featured launches and investments approaching $15 billion.

كما اختُتمت فعاليات «Big 5 Construct Saudi» و«سيريدو 2026»، وفي جدة، استقطب معرض «سيريدو 2026» أكثر من 35 ألف زائر، بمشاركة تجاوزت 50 جهة.

The Big 5 Construct Saudi and Sereedo 2026 events also concluded. In Jeddah, Sereedo 2026 attracted more than 35,000 visitors, with participation from more than 50 organizations.

وشهد السوق إطلاق وجهة ساحلية جديدة من «شركة ساحل الخليج للتطوير العقاري»، التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، كما طُرحت فرص عقارية متنوعة ضمن مزادات «محاور الرياض» و«مرسى جدة».

The market also saw the launch of a new coastal destination by Gulf Coast Real Estate Development Company, an affiliate of the Public Investment Fund. Various real estate opportunities were also offered through the “Riyadh Axes” and “Jeddah Marina” auctions.

وعلى صعيد المؤشرات، ارتفعت القروض العقارية إلى 979.7 مليار ريال بنهاية الربع الثاني من 2026، وبلغت قيمة الصفقات العقارية في المنطقة الشرقية 34.4 مليار ريال خلال الأشهر السبعة الأولى من العام.

In terms of key indicators, real estate loans rose to SAR 979.7 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2026, while the value of real estate transactions in the Eastern Province reached SAR 34.4 billion during the first seven months of the year.

فيما سجلت جدة تداولات عقارية بقيمة 565 مليون ريال خلال الأسبوع الماضي، وبلغت حصيلة 50 مزادًا عقاريًا بإشراف «إنفاذ» نحو 2.2 مليار ريال خلال أسبوع واحد.

Jeddah recorded real estate transactions worth SAR 565 million last week, while the proceeds from 50 real estate auctions supervised by “Infath” reached approximately SAR 2.2 billion in a single week.

تنظيميًا، تحددت شروط توثيق التصرفات في الأراضي الخاضعة للرسوم، إلى جانب طرح مشروع لتصنيف المخالفات والعقوبات الضريبية، كما بدأت خمس مدن حصر التصرفات العقارية عبر السجل العقاري.

On the regulatory front, requirements were established for documenting transactions involving land subject to fees, alongside the introduction of a proposal to classify tax violations and penalties. Five cities also began recording real estate transactions through the Real Estate Registry.

مع اعتماد الاشتراطات البلدية لمراكز البيانات التجارية، وفي الإسكان التنموي، استفادت أكثر من 14 ألف أسرة من الحلول السكنية خلال النصف الأول من 2026.

Municipal requirements for commercial data centers were also approved. In the area of development housing, more than 14,000 families benefited from housing solutions during the first half of 2026.

ومكّنت «حركية» 152 مستفيدًا من السكن التنموي، دعمًا للاستقرار السكني وتعزيزًا لجودة الحياة.

Harkiya enabled 152 beneficiaries to access development housing, supporting residential stability and enhancing quality of life.
